Even though this is not a Toronto nightclub, Zu Bar has made a name for itself, currently as the most popular Burlington Nightclub (about 30 mins West of Toronto). The ‘one arm man’ told us that Cantina Charlies in Toronto will be closing it’s doors after a few years of wild parties, and memorable nights. Cabana Club will open it’s doors after renovations and a revamp of the venue’s features. Cabana Club is expected to open on November 21st. So what does this mean? Today kicks off the beginning of L’Oreal Fashion Week 2008 in Toronto. Each year the L’Oreal Fashion Week travels to Toronto to show off next year’s spring collections (2009). For the second year in a row the venue will be at Nathan Phillips Square. Last year there was mixed reviews on this location (mostly negative), as they have now been using tents for a lot of the set up. Muzik nightclub was host to the 2007 L’Oreal Fashion week and had great reviews. It’s actually kind of surprising that they would use Nathan Phillips Square again as the location for this year’s Fashion Week.

L’Oreal Fashion Week Toronto Club Events
Like previous years in the past, some of the brands included in the L’Oreal Fashion Week have taken their upcoming collections and have chosen to execute fashion shows in the Toronto nightclubs. This is a smart move considering a lot of their target market are the patrons that attend these Toronto nightclubs, wearing their brands. Kleen Media (Toronto Nightclub Promoter) is a major player in working with these brands to bring their presence inside the Toronto clubs.
